Notes on the Rise
We raise each other when we riseNotes on the Rise
Introduction
Sawubona (I see you),
We raise each other when we rise
The sun rises every morning to give us light and to allow us to raise our hopes, dreams and inspiration.
With each rise, our motivation, optimism and courage are reignited.
The rise lights our path, our energy, our hearts and our actions. Each rise gifts us one more chance.
Rising is standing again regardless of yesterday’s outcomes. Rising is hope. Rising is the freedom to try again. Each sun’s rise gifts us one more chance.
I have been raised by many women (personally and professionally), who have helped me to rise into my own worthiness.
I have invited women that I know, respect and admire to participate by sharing their stories of how they rise. Why do they rise and what does their rise feel and look like?

Sawubona
(I see you),
We raise each other when we rise
FROM THE FOUNTAIN OF THEIR FLOWING WISDOM,
I CREATED ME
They have a colourful journey that inspired me to continue to rise again and SEE ME. These women are teachers of my lessons, healers of my heart, seekers of my growth, leaders of my triumph, liberators of my story, faces of my inspiration and they chose to stand with me. Notes on the Rise is a personal note with the sole purpose to encourage other women to continue to rise.
YOU HAVE WITH EACH RISE ENCOURAGED ME
TO RAISE MY ENERGY TO TRY AGAIN
I am grateful to all of them for agreeing to be part of this collective consciousness and I hope their rise will strengthen your energy.
Please enjoy these notes, I hope they inspire you to raise you. I hope they illuminate your power to expand your competencies, your power to see your talents, your power to be more and better. I hope they remind you that you are never alone.
IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD,
THIS IS MY VILLAGE OF WOMEN WHO CHOSE TO PULL ME UP.
All of me is in all of us!
Love and Light
